Description:
Diatomite is formed by remains of unicellular water plant-diatom which is a non-renewable resources. The
chemical composition of diatomite is SiO2, and the SiO2 content determine diatomite’s quality. ,the more the better.
Diatomite has some unique properties, such as porosity, lower density, and large specific surface area, relative
incompressibility and chemical stability. It has poor conductivity for acoustics ,thermal, electrical, non-toxic and tasteless.
The diatomite production can be extensively applied in industrial production with these properties.
Application:
Condiment: MSG, soy sauce, vinegar, corn salad oil, colza oil etc.
Beverage industry: beer, white wine,fruit wine, fruit juice, wine, beverage syrup, beverage and raw stock.
Sugar industry: invert syrup, high fructose syrup, glucose, starch sugar, sucrose.
Medicine industry: antibiotic, Enzymic preparations,vitamin, refined Chinese herb medicine, filling for dentistry, cosmetic.
Chemical products: organic acid, mineral acid, alkyd resin, sodium thiocyanate, paint, synthetic resin.
Industrial oil products: lubricating oil, additive of lubricating oil, oil for metal foil pressing, transformer oil, petroleum additive,coal tar.
Water treatment: daily waste water, industrial waste water, swimming pool water.
